SPECIALIST dermatologist (skin expert) Dr Donald Mutangadura was in Mutare last Saturday for the 6th edition of the Derma-surgical mobile clinic outreach held at Victoria Chitepo Provincial Hospital.
Dr Mutangadura who has been practising for 28 years said skin cancers are the most common cancers among people with albinism. He said the late presentation and failure to complete treatment due to financial difficulties and lack of radiotherapy services at some district centres are the major challenges facing persons with albinism.
